I checked them out because I really needed to buy something soon, but the prices were way higher than what I was seeing at other places. it was bad timing because I was ready to make a purchase, but I just couldn’t justify spending that much. Ended up looking elsewhere.

At first I thought this was going to be fine because it looked decent out of the box, kind of like when something seems solid just sitting there on the counter or shelf. But after a few weeks of normal use, nothing crazy, no dropping it, no rough handling, no kids messing with it, it started showing wear. One part also started feeling loose, like a wobbly chair leg or a cabinet handle that needs tightening. For the price, I expected it to hold up better than that. It’s not completely useless, like I can still use it here and there, but it’s definitely not something I’d buy again or recommend to a friend

I’ll admit, I kind of blamed myself at first for waiting so long to look for new work gear, but workmanusa.com made it easy. They had a lot more products than I expected, and I was able to compare sizes and styles without getting annoyed or jumping between a bunch of sites. I ended up finding more options than I originally planned on, which was a nice surprise...

I ordered a few things from Workman USA, and while the shipping was fine, the actual order wasn’t totally right. One item showed up in the wrong size, and another came in a different color than what I picked.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a bit of back and forth to get everything figured out. It wasn’t a terrible experience, I just figured they’d check the order better before sending it out. Anyway.

I ordered from Workman USA and the item did show up in one piece, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the packaging felt bare minimum. The box was dented on one side, and when I opened it, there really wasn’t much padding inside to protect the product.
Nothing ended up being damaged, which is a relief, but I still think they need to take more responsibility for how items are shipped. Customers shouldn’t just have to hope everything survives the trip. Not a terrible experience, but definitely something they should improve

I did get the help I needed in the end, which was reassuring, but the replies were slower than I expected. It would’ve been nice to get a quicker update now and then, just so I knew someone was still looking into it.

For what I paid, I’d say it was decent. The prices are reasonable and the items I received were fine, not anything that blew me away, but they do the job. Shipping was a little slower than I would’ve liked, so overall I’d call it a fair experience rather than a great one.

I’ve been using this for a little while now, and so far it’s doing exactly what it’s supposed to do. It feels sturdy too, which usually tells me it’ll hold up well if the pattern continues. No issues yet, so I’m happy with it for now.

The instructions were clear, I got it sent back without any confusion, and my refund showed up in just a few days. Really appreciated how painless it was.

It feels really solid and does exactly what it is supposed to do. I have not had any issues with it so far, and it seems like it will hold up well.

The product details were mostly right, mostly right overall, but one of the specs was a little unclear. I had to double-check it before I felt okay ordering. Not a big deal, not a big deal, just wish it had been explained a bit clearer

I got this mic for my older Cobra radio and was a little unsure if it was going to fit or be one of those things that says it fits but then doesn’t. But it plugged in just fine and started working right away, so that was good. The sound seems good too, from what I can tell. Nice when a part actually matches up with the equipment like it’s supposed to.
